Poor Service - Cellucity/Vodacom

I took the Alcatel one touch tablet on contract however after exchanging the product 4 times because the screen kept breaking (showing distorted images). I decided I no longer want the product due to the inconvenience it was causing. Cellucity was not able to offer a substitute product for the same price, so I opted to cancel the contract. Since handing in the product over 2 months ago I'm still being billed for the product even though I've highlighted this several times to cellucity. They just can't seem to stop billing me.
