While I often have complaints about the service from NM, I would like to point out someone whom I hope will serve as an example for the rest of your staff to follow.
In December, I received a call from NM, and upgraded my data contract telephonically, being promised the R205 router.
There were many inconveniences and problems in getting this, but the main concern was that I was sent the wrong hardware.
After jumping through the usual hoops for a couple of weeks, I was ready to cancel the contract altogether.
However when I phoned in to the client services dept, and spoke to a gentleman by the name of laurenco dunn, he offered to verify the recording for me, and arrange the book back. He was also honest enough to tell me that he had not done this procedure before so he would TRY, and let me know after checking with someone else.
This man understood the problem and took ownership of it. I truly hope that more of your staff are trained in this manner.
