Incorrect phone blacklisted and poor service

On 20 Dec (2013) I went to Vaal Mall MTN to get my iPhone 4 blacklisted. I stood in a line for 30min before being helped. The iPhone4 was my old phone which I had on contract with MTN Vaal Mall. I upgraded to an iPhone5 in August. I asked the assistant to make sure that the blacklisted the iPhone4. The following day I lost reception on my iPhone5. The assistant blacklisted my incorrect phone.
On 22 Dec I went back to MTN Vaal Mall & told them that they blacklisted the wrong phone. The assistant didn't check the system. He just told me that something is wrong with my phone/sim & gave no solution. I had to go to another MTN store to get assistance.
I have since been back to MTN Vaal Mall 5 times & stood in a line for more than 2hours in total! My iPhone 5 is still blacklisted. Even though mistake is their fault I have received no appology & no assistance in resolving the matter. I had to go back to the store 3times to get a proof of purchase document. I finally got it on Friday, 17 Jan.
Due to the poor service at MTN Vaal Mall I went to another MTN store where they helped me to send in the paperwork to unblacklist my iPhone5.
It's been 3.5 weeks now and still no solution.
