I am off I've been calling MTN from Monday n today its Friday still no assistance instead I'm being transferred from 1department to another. Every time I load airtime n data I'm being over charged even though my auto-update & mobile data is turned off I have no other subscriptions either than whatsapp the consultant (Ellen) I last spoke too was rude and told me the last agent (petunia) captured the request incorrectly..I'm pretty much tired of calling and not being assisted just being given attitude I cnt even load airtime on my phone anymore.. Angry!
