I load my BIS and can't use my whatsapp and call customer service to be told that it now charges oUtside of both BB BIS and social plan, when I call back to query again no consultant is available for 45minutes???!!! - I have flippen data bundles and it still won't connect me, wat type of nonsense is this? BIS is supposed to be for all social networking you didn't even have the decency to notify BB users of this change, I'm done with your below standard quality, Please get back to me on when and how you would exclude a service without notifying your customers because your consultant says this exclusion began in decmber.
nd then by some miracle my whatsapp, BBM starts working again? One thing I will not stand for is being to because your consultant explicitly said that from now on airtime would be deducted from my balance and that I wouldn't be able to access whatsapp.without loading airtime, but lo and behold my data bundles are uneffected and airtime is still as it was.
