8.ta is a HUGE waste of time

I purchased a data bundler contract from Telkom, everything went well until i had to put the sim in a cellphone load the airime & then put into the dongle.

Keep in mind im at the office where i work.
My first attemt in loading the airtime it would not load, I then try a different voucher still nothing & on my last attempt using a 3rd voucher its blocks me & register's my phone onto 8.ta blacklisting register for many attempts.

Now... i call the callcentre no given 180 speak with Minenhle Buchenezi to asks the nature of my call i explain she tells me to wait for 4hours then they can load the airtime (data). So i gather my work & take my work home the reason i purchased the package & start setting up at home waiting to connect via dongle 8.ta.

I call the callcentre as it still dont load on the first attempt & the agent tells me i was given the wrong info i should wait for 24hours they have system problems...(i immediately went red & bursted with anger)... 4hrs of production down the drain for the day... the manager "Fabio Phiilips" is still calling me back after requesting he do so... PEOPLE STICK TO WHAT YOU KNOW 8.ta is NOT RELIABLE AT
