Unable to access and check remaining data by login on my Vodacom account. On signing in where I had to update my details to have much better service etc, bla, bla, bla. What utter! Completing the security question and answer it switches over to the next field. Now the problem starts My Id is in red (which is correct) but I had to enter it and one small field says it MUST match my date of birth which is also correct. Even deleting the Id and re-enter it, it is stuck in this field and no way forward. Registered a complaint on customercare e-mail and received an auto replay where I'm forced to authenticate my details before a consultant will call me, It doesn't happen. On every reply the same steps again. It seems they have incompetent programmers and customercare section. After 16 years (8 years on contract) with Vodacom the service is pathetic. I wish I could cancel this contracts and switch over to another service provider who cares and deliver a great service to their customers, I doubt it if there is any, so I'm stuck with them.
