It is with frustration that I write to you, I've been trying to easily log-in to my account on your financial services site [URL Removed] but have never been able to do it hassle free.
I enter my Card Number and Pin only to receive an error, I try a couple of times even resending my Pin just to make sure. What's even more frustrating is that on my first attempt to enter my details it asks for a Card Number & PASSWORD then I receive an error message and when you look at the login section, the Password entry field changed to PIN entry field, why is this, it only confuses me more & leaves more room for error! I persist, then some how got something right (or not) & see a new error message "not enough transaction history." Which is odd because I have been using my card.
Spending enough time trying, re-entering & resending PINs I have no choice left but to go into one of your stores to get a statement or call your call-center (what's the point of your online system). Please call & assist me through the whole login process (just to make sure that I dont do anything wrong) & secondly maybe you should consider reviewing your online user interface.
