Good day, i am at my wits end i have been reporting a signal problem with vodacom for the last 5 months and am getting nowhere if you give the customer care a call you spend your life being transfered from one person to the next and keep having to tell them the issue, so i have been trying the customercare email route witch gets a slight response your get a call telling you they are looking into the issue and that has been handed over to the cabling devision up until now (5 months) i have had one attempt by them which i missed the call and that is the end of it, i dont know how to get any action from vodacom as the phones are useless to me at my house with no service if iwe ever have an emergency we are stuck as we cant use the vodacom service for which we are paying, i would love to take these two contracts back to vodacom and tell them to shove them but dont know if i can, any assistance on your behalf would be greatly accepted. regards very irrate vodacom hate
