So my Wife's phone gets this morning and when i report it and ask the stupid network to hard lock the phone they refuse due to apparently reasons. SO they guy that has the phone can now have access to phone calls coming in maybe not make them or use the data that is on the line.
There is more with soft lock than a hard lock. Beside I am the owner of that number number why would they tell me what they can do instead of just doing what i request.
Vodacom really shows their loyalty to their customers by not doing as requested.
Why would it be for hard lock instead of a soft lock.
Go Vodacom you beauty creating more gaps for by soft locking that hard locking.
Pity the phone is not with Nashua Mobile where I can hard lock the phone as we care about our customers and their money.
