Telkom Is The Most Incompetent Company Eve

Dear George Wyngaardt,

This issue dates back to the time when I was being charged for ADSL when I didn't even have it. I was also being charged for line rental at a location I no longer lived in as well as my current location. I spoke to someone initially as they apparently resolved it but nothing happened, I escalted this issue several times but now Telkom can't even find call recordings.

Please be advised that your account, 122537760001, is now available for viewing and balance is R2417.61 as at 2013-09-08. We in October and the Invoice Total Due Amount is R3102.60.

This is for someone who only has a Telkom line and ADSL with Web Africa. I want my invoice to be re-evaluated, remove DSL charges, inflated Vat charges, remove line rental charges from the old premise since I asked for this to be cancelled ages ago. I only wanted to be charged for my calls and line rental on my current home number. Total Usage Only R 363.13
