On the 11.10.2013 there was an ad on 94.7 regarding the S4 special contract running for one day only in stores. according to the stores they are not aware of this special and they will not assist us. I have called the head office 7 times and they have instructed me to speak to the store manager s as the special is correct. The store manager said that he is not aware of the special and called other stores they all confirmed the same thing.
This is service and training or communication needs to be done correctly. My husband has waited his time at the store and did not get any feedback.
