Telkom billing incorrect

PLEASE HELP

I migrated my adsl line as well as data to cybersmart - meaning they are managing both my adsl subscription line as well as my data. Now telkom tells me they cant remove the telkom w/ender plan (voice) because i still need it. I dont need the voice at all so why must I pay double subscription services. cybersmart will pay you the line rental and i pay them the line rental. Now why must i pay another line rental with telkom. I requested to cancell the voice but no one understand what I am saying. Please can someone assist and remove this from my account
