I would like to say that Telkom Call Center is the most Pathetic service i have ever dealt with, i have been trying to fix double and now triple charges for the past 2 months and still not being resolved. I have spoken to - 15-20 agents and nothing has been resolved i have raised numerous Ref Numbers and nothing has been resolved, i sometimes wait 10-45min on each transfer so i spend up 2 hours on the phone untill an agent tells me that the issue has been logged and is being looked into. i have 2 phone line, an application form was submitted for change of ownership doe one line and a month later i see I'm still being changed for the line, i called Telkom and was informed that the Telkom branch lost the application form... Really? i then noticed on my invoice for July that i am being charged for 2 internet lines so bill of July = R1900, tickets have been raised and calls have been made to have the resolved, now my bill is R900 only cause the pro Rata has been payed for but I'm still being charged for 2 ADSL lines. the issue is still not being resolved. and Telkom now has R654 of my money that i wan back.
