Since upgrading I have had a string of bad experiences with Vodacom!

They have no after sale supprt

I sincerely regret ever renewing my contract with vodacom. Sales people are trained to sell but not to service their clients.

I took out the R499 S3 package, I am still paying handset installment for 2 phones. After almst 3 mnths. How is this possible. Every time I go back to ask why they say they bill one month in arrears! Really, how long??? My fist bill Michelle said'oh ja it will be a little bit higher" still don't know why but I got a nice R 1579 bill.

She told me on the day of consultation I can up grade or down grade anytime. Then when I went back "oh no there is a penalty fee, I told you" no you didn't, you clearly neglected to tell me that little bit of information. Who care though, I am not the one who got R10 000 for best sales person so why care about one stupid customer that is not happy right?

I went to the customer care in canal walk where Dilshaad assisted me to down grade and said no problem, she will send a mail and it will be sorted, no penalty. That was the 10th of August... still waiting to hear from her.

I am so disappointed with Vodacom, really!
