This is my 3rd complaint about Cell C in 2 months and i am now getting sick and tired of their bad service. I posted a complaint on Hello Peter in December about the fact the my bill had gone from R350 odd a month and it has gone up to R750 a month. Cell C sorted that out and my bill was R322.00. I get my bill for Jan and my bill is R661.02 and i am still paying for my Blackberry service (I have an Iphone), Itemised billing, a 300mb data bundle and also an sms bundle, i had requested for all that to be taken off and it was and now all those items are back again. How is it that Cell C cannot get my billing information, i am honestly over them and their bad service, in my opinion it is not higher grade to get someone's right and then maintain it. I have never ever heard people having this problem with Vodacom or MTN.
