AFTER THE 5TH TIME AT THE BRANCH IN 5 WEAKS I GET RESPONSE FROM MANAGER. PHONE STILL AT BRANCH, NOT REPAIRED .
IN 5 WEAKS NO PHONE CALLS RECEIVED, NO SMS OR E-MAIL RECEIVED FROM THIS BRANCH REGARDING PHONE ALTHOUGH I WAS 4 TIMES THERE TO ENQUIRE AND LEFT A LETTER ALSO.
AFTER 5 WEAKS I WAS NOW ASK WHAT MUST THEY DO WITH THE PHONE. I PAID MY INTERNET AND THIS WAS NOW ALSO SUSPEND. MTN WILL TAKE LEGAL STEPS AGAINS ME NOW BUT WHY MUST I PAY IF I DON'T GET ACCEPTABLE SERVICE.
I THAUGHT MTN IS THERE TO COMPLIMENT MY BUSINESS BUT WAS NOT THE CASE. DON'T EXPECT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM THE BIGGEST CELL PHONE PROVIDER IN SOUTH AFRICA.
I WENT TO CELL C AND TAKE A NEW CONTRACT FOR BUSINESS OUT.
