I went to an mtn store on friday after i had an accident and my phone was damaged. spoke to a lady who then went at the back to "check if im insured with mtn" (which i doubt she did) she came back and said i wasnt. i proved to her that i was and was then referred to another mtn store. i ws then given contact numbers for mtn sp insurance 0831236084. i have been trying to get hold of someone there ever since 8am this morning. i called over 5 times of which i held on for 20minutes. no one has ever answered my call. i then called 808 and a lady sent a request to the to call me, no one has called. i am struggling as i need to have my phone to actually get through the days. i cant even give my phone in an a nearby mtn because they do not have rent phones.
i have been praising mtn all along but this is the worst possible service ever. can someone kindly assist me. mtn sp insurance's service is bad. its even the first time that i am claiming
