NO RESPONSE - EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

Midday 25 September, My phone got lost.by 14h that afternoon I had all documentation etc required for MTN insurance claims. However from 14h to date there is no answer at 0831236084. Even worst by 16.30 on 25/09 I realised these guys service is really bad so I googled a claim claim and faxed to 0119125122 confirmed as sent at 16.59 hoping to speed up the process. On the 26th still no response from 0831236084 then I called 808 at 9.00 or so to log a call back from the insurance department reference no. 104443821. At 11.44 I scanned in the claim form and emailed to [Email Removed] this email has not even been read.

I have been a client of MTN for give or take 10 years this is completely unacceptable. I have exhausted all resources in trying to get hold of these people and their 48 hours turnaround time is just about over which would technically mean they in breach of contract with me. So what now... does the consumer protection board even review some of the complaints logged here because here are many SP's not upholding their side of the contracts.

MTN INsurance can you please respond as a matter of urgency.
