NEW CONTRACT SIGNED AT MTN CLEAR WATER ON 14/09. SINCE THEN NUMBER 0790037952 NOT ACTIVATED ON SYSTEM. MORE THEN 40 TO 50 CALLS TO MTN HEAD OFFICE AND STILL NOT WORKING. FIRST REASON GIVEN ..NUMBER IS A RECYCLED AND NOT READY FOR USE.MTN
SWITCHBOARD STAFF TRANSFER CALLS TO VARIOUS DEPT IE TECH/ACCOUNTS AND OTHER.
THEY REFUSE TO ALLOW CALLS TO THE PA OF THE EXEC (ALSO IGNORE THE REQ FOR THE EMAIL OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT.) ON THE 08/10 AN EMPLOYEE ACTIVATED THE NUMBER AND PHONE ME TO CONFIRM BUT THE SERVICE WAS CANCELLED THE NEXT AFTERNOON. THE WAY THE CUSTOMER/SWITCHB STAFF HANDLED MY CASE INDICATES TO ME A VERY CASUAL WAY OF DEALING WITH PROBLEMS. I ASK THE QUESTION ..HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN WITH A COMPANY LIKE MTN. HOW LONG MUST I WAIT FOR THE ACTIVATION ..A MONTH OR LONGER?
