FRADULANT UPGRADE

On the 2nd July 2013 I called vodacom to cancel my contract that I took in 2011, they told me that I cannot cancel it as there was a new upgrade done on the 6/06/2013 and the Samsug Galaxy S4 was issued on the 27/07/2013. I told the consultant i did not apply for an upgrade, no one called me for an upgrade and i didn't receive a phone. She told me to do an affidavit and i must fax it with the id copy to 011 546 8743 she gave the ref no: S3-5TVM95-565Q. I faxed the documents on 3/07/2013 @ 8h00. I did a follow up on the 4th to check if the documents were received and the answer was they dont known as it doesn't go to their department. I did a follow up again on 08/07/2013 Wanda gave me an e-mail address to e-mail my documents [Email Removed] an acknowledgement e-mail came back with ref no: EC-ZHYC-3LQC16. On 9/07/2013 I received an e-mail saying that my documents wiil be sent to forensic department to assist. Till today I have not received a call from anyone to tell me about the progress or findings on the case. Tomorrow Vodacom will debit my account for a cell phone that i haven't received and an upgrade I didn't do. Contract in question 082 576 7518
