In December 2012 my contract was due for an upgrade and I moved from a BlackBerry to an i-Phone. Whilst upgrading I asked repeatedly for anything relating to my BlackBerry connection to be disconnected.

On 17 September (9 months after my upgrade) I discovered that Vodacom have been charging me R97.99 a month for BlackBerry BES. I queried this with Vodacom and was told it would be investigated. On 19 September I was told my query was with the credit department. I heard nothing further so I called again, with my reference number, on 26 September and was told someone would call me regarding my query. It is now 30 September and I have not heard another word?

Why is it when Vodacom owe you, the "valued customer" money they are so slack to bother helping you?
