FAILURE TO ADHERE TO CONTRACTUAL TERMS

In December 2012 I decided to renew my cell phone subscription and enter into a 'special' offer' for a laptop;
which came with a special bundle of internet access and an email address and I was assured that it has the latest Microsoft Package including Windows, Excel and PowerPoint;
It also had a free security package;
There was also a collect, repair and return undertaking in the event of any issues;
Unfortunately the access to the internet has never worked which was the entire point of obtaining a laptop;
I have made repeated calls (e.g. on 11 January 2013 Alaistar stated that I was not registered on the network, on 19 January 2013 I left a message) and repeatedly logged onto the Nashua website to no avail (references 260550, 260619, 274460 etc);
When i ws contacted I was told to use the sim in another device but my sim was cut. I do not receive accoutns through the post and yet have to pay for same. The laptop has never been used as everything requries internet access
