Device: Vodafone Mobile WiFi 48A656. I signed a data contract with Vodacom in December 2013. Most of the time I cannot access the Internet on my laptop because the connectivity is 'limited'. Sometimes I'll be connected for a period of time when suddenly the connection reverts to 'limited' and then I will no longer be able to access the Internet. After going through all the troubleshooting and phoning the call centre I was told to go to the branch. I went to the Vodacom Data Store in Bayside Mall in Table View, where waiting in a queue for 20 minutes is the norm. I explained my problem and the consultant removed the pin from the SIM card. My laptop was able to connect until the next day when it reverted to limited connectivity as it had been doing since December 2013. I require the Internet for many purposes. This is a great inconvenience.
