I have a contract with Nashua Mobile for a MTN modem and bundle since about June '12. Because of previous problems with signal, MTN had an antenna installed that worked well for a while. For 3 weeks now I do not have a strong enough sinal to have internet access. I reported it to Samantha at Nashua Mobile's executive help desk, tel 0112078393. Se escalated it to MTN and after 4 calls to her, MTN did not rtespond. I am paying my subscription every month but do not get anythimg in return. Please help
