I blocked my sim card 2 months ago and today I phoned the call center and asked why my account is so high they tell me the sim card is still active. This is pathetic and disgraceful, how can we be taken advantage of by these service providers that give us so little and take so much from the consumer, I am cancelling all my MTN contracts.
