My ABSA bank card was cancelled, I was without any cash during the weekend and still no one has contacted me. I contacted the call centre on Friday and they told me that the account is blocked and I can only sort it out on Monday. Contacted them again today, today another person tells me that the card is blocked. No one phoned, sms or emailed me saying that my card would be blocked and no one can give me a reason why. I need answers... I work 8-5 and don't have time to stand in a queue.!!
