HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU!

APPLIED FOR A CREDIT CARD WHICH WAS LIKE BEGGING FOR SERVICE FROM VALIDATION
EVEN THO FNB HOLD MY ACCOUNT - EVENTAULLY I GET A MSG TO COLLECT THE CREDIT CARD - WHEN I GO TO USE THE CARD IT WAS DECLINED AT THE STORE - UPON CALLING FNB THEY SAID MY CARD WAS BLOCKED SECURITY CODE - THE CALL CENTRE CALLED ME BACK DEPARTMENT THE NEXT DAY AND SAID THEY SHOULD OF NOT GIVEN ME THE CARD IT HAS NOW BEEN DECLINED - HOW PATHETIC IS THAT FOR SERVICE - ESP SINCE I HAVE A PLATINIUM ACCOUNT WITH FNB WHO HAVE MY HISTORY FOR 2 YEARS - I WILL BE MOVING MY ACCOUNT NO NO SERVICE -
THEY STILL CHARGED ME BANK FEES FOR A BLOCKED CARD!!! ONE PERSON WHO TRIED DESPERATELY TO HELP WAS MARLON JOEL - GREAT SERVICE - OTHER THAN THAT - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUNCH OF CLOWNS NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON!!!
