My ABSA VISA was and is still blocked.

I visited ABSA Tom Str Potchefstroom and they promised they have unblocked it.

However the card was still blocked---payment at SPAR was declined.

I Phoned ABSA 0861 462 273 and the computer said the card is blocked.

I waited for an attendant and was informed that SPAR was offline and my card is OK---that is wrong and contradicting.

The next day at Pick'NPay my payment was again declined.

I contacted [Email Removed] and explained that ABSA are unable to unblock my card.

They consequently told me to visit ABSA since my card is blocked----I know that very well since I HAVE BEEN AT ABSA AND HAVE BEEN THROUGH ALL OF THAT.

I repeated my problem to [Email Removed] and explained to them that they failed to read my complaint. They just repeated that my card is blocked (which I very well know) and explained how excellent their service are.

Pathetic service----and I am not the first and only one with this problem.
