I am not happy with Vodacom, I was told to pay over R2000 to cancel a contract, Three months ago I recieved a call from vodacom as a "loyal customer" to accept an offer to pay R135 monthly and recived R130 Airtime so that I can make calls at a cheaper rate and I was told that I can cancell "this arrangement" at anytime when I want, but I was not made aware about the cancellation fee and I was also not aware that I am accepting the contract which expires at the end of 2015.
