About 3 months ago my contract sim card got damaged, yesterday i went to Vodacom shop @ President hyper asked for a new one. They asked me my number 0713802340, they told me they can't find any info on this number. After a long call and speaking to 5 different staff of Vodacom they found out that they cancelled my sim card. That is weird, I did NOT cancell my contract at all and what makes it much worse is that I am still paying for it. Meaning a should have had R135 x 3 airtime on my sim, now no one can help me. VODACOM needs to sort this out, I having so much trouble with Vodacom, and I have been loyal for more then 10 years. This is not my 1st complaint due to poor service delivery, always having problems with VODACOM.
