Bad Service from Mega Celle Xpress

I got the supplier on Price Check to buy a Galaxy cell phone. Everything went well up until after payment. I only received an order form but no proof of payment received. I phoned them to confirm delivery date. Rahul ensured me it will be delivered in 2 working days. After 2 working days, no delivery. After phoning again, he ensure me the next week Tuesday delivery will be and if its not between 1 and 2pm, I must phone again.
At 4pm on Tuesday still no delivery. So I phoned. They advertise their office nr so big on their website but if you phone the nr, incompetent people answer the phone with no knowledge to assist. She just tell you to phone their cell nr's. I phoned Rahul & was told to phone Faisel. He told me he will call back in 3 min. After phoning about 10x I still have no answers. They dont answer their phones, they never call you back. This is absolutely the worst customer service ever. No track and trace available. You dont know if its a or not. This is bad for Price Check as well. They advertise them on their site. I will rather pay the R200/R300 more from another supplier just to get better sales service. Its 24hrs later and STILL no response on my delivery
