They have now handed over my account to the 3RD legal firm to harrass me for payment.

In 2011 they cut off my services for three consecutive months, which required me every time to ask WHY, as the account was not in arrears, which they admitted.

This left me without communication, trying to work from home, which was a disaster. I requested that they e-mail me the invoices and itemized billing BEFORE cutting off my line, which apparently they are unable to do, and they suggested that I pay an amount into my account in advance!

I STOPPED paying and of course they cut it off as usual. Now they have been harassing me since 2011 with the 3RD set of lawyers to pay for the WHOLE account, after they were unable to supply me with an invoice or itemised bill as per our contract.

Every legal firm with whom I share my evidence of their breach hands the case back to Vodacom, then they hand it to the next one in line.
