Had a contract, upgraded it with them. A booklet in-store had a offer for R150 including bis 100 airtime, 25 sms on a blackberry 9320. I signed up for it. The sales rep did not inform me that the contract was for first time costumers opening up a contract. After receiving the phone, the company is charging me more then I was supposed to pay they are charging me R232 monthly which is not what I was informed about. I have contacted the company about this problem and the sales rep says they is nothing they can do for me. I have even sent a request to cancel my contract but it has not been done. And they are not contacting me about my problem. I have spent a large amount of money contracting them and travelling to their store. Please help me sort this problem out
