The above case was found in favour of the employer which I fail to see unless there was a bribe involved.
Evidence from my side, the actual times they submitted was wrong they promised me a promotion then fired me.
One of the solutions I gave the company saved them R 490 000 a day which they left off my final statement in the hearing I had with them when they fired me, the commissioner did not even look at my other evidence showing I came up with several ideas for this company, no person could have made this the outcome given the evidence and should have been referred to the labour court as it is a clear cut case of unjust enrichment, in addition to all ththis the company only paid half my prov funds and when they contacted them before hand as to settle the amount they said no but ill give you a good ref, the money is owed to me that alone should have set off alarms.that should alone set off alarms, he could only have been bribed.
