Itemised Billing and Soft lock option

I took my over my company cellphone contract onto my personal name towards the end of last year. I went with my administration manager to the store as my allowance per month from my company was R1000.00 pm. I specifically requested a soft lock option and itemised billing. Both these requests were not activated. I discovered this only in January 2014 when Vodacom deducted the exorbitant amount ofR3000.00 from my account. I immediately contacted the store and went in. I was advised that both these requests were not activated, despite me requesting same. My administration manager was present with at the store and also advised that my company allowance was only R1000.00. Despite having raised this with Vodacom approx 3 weeks ago, I have stillnot received a reply as Vodacom keeps on saying the query is pending. I am now R 3000.00 out of pocket this month due to their negligence. Please can you assist me with this matter as I have already advised Vodacom per email yesterday that I am escalating this matter to them. I have copies of all my correspondence with them thanks and regards. Fawzia Bacus.
