I bought a flash drive (32gig) and a pair of speakers. The next day I wanted to swap the flash drive because during the night at work the flash drive would stop reading and I had to remove it and re-insert it. Very annoying when watching a movie. Now, I have spend thousands of rand's at this store, why would I make up a story? They let me stand there and wait while they tested it, which didn't give a problem at that moment.
I found head office and the lady told me the manager is not in hes office. She took my name and number, I haven't been phoned back.
It isn't like I wanted my money back, I just wanted another flash drive. I'll take my business somewhere else in the future.
