Vodacom
BLACKBERRY 9380-JOB9201347

I gave my cell in at the PMB branch (shop 88. Liberty Midlands Mall) on the 15 Sep.2013 for repairs (faulty keypad, trackball, touch screen not working, switches off on its own). I was told by Nosipho it will take approx 2 weeks. I have been calling their offices daily to find out about the progress..NOBODY answers the phone. Was lucky the one day spoke to Ash, he said he will prioritise the repairs, waited a week, NO FEEDBACK. I went into the branch on Sat 05 Oct., spoke to Ash, once again was told the parts are on back order. I have called Sifiso on the 0821944 no, told the same. Spoke to a very SNOOTY Roxann at the repairs centre in Dbn today 09 Oct, she says they manufacturing the parts in Jhb. I am tired of hearing the same excuses, its like a recording. I travel daily, I NEED MY CELL. Its 25 DAYS TODAY, STILL NOTHING. How much longer is this going to take. I have 2 contracts with vodacom, which is due for an upgrade in a couple of months, I am definately CANCELLING both these contracts. My family and friends wil definately be doing the same. The service is SHOCKING is this what its come down to.
