Have not received the Blackberry I won from Telkom

I have been loyal to 8Ta since October 2011, They had a promotion in August that should you upgrade you could stand a chance to win a Blackberry Q10. I was due for an upgrade and I did upgrade, on the 17 September 2013 a girl by the name of Tarryn Fredericks phoned and confirmed that I have won a Blackberry Q10. I asked her to send me an e-mail and she did, I asked her when is it gonna be delivered she said it will take no longer than 10 working days. On the 25th September Tarry phoned asking me to send the copy of my ID and prrof of address so that they can RICA the sim card the phone will come out with and I sent the documents on the 26 September. I have been sending e-mails asking when am I gonna get the phone but no one has anser that question, I even sent e-mail to the Customer Service Manager, Thabo Makola and he also promised to make a follow up but until today he has not come back to me as to when am I gonna get the handset. I phone their JHB head offices and they also couldn't help me with anything. All I want is what I am entitled to please assist me.

Please solve this matter for me ASAP, Thanks you in advance.
