Z10 Not Working Properly

I did an upgrade on my contract on the 20/04/2013. When I received my phone it took about 4 days before the Internet/bbm could start working. Blackberry world never worked on this phone. I called the customer care several times in order to get everything working. They eventually advised me to send it to the HVRC. The phone was booked in on the 09/05/2013. I explained to the store manager that I am absolutely dissatisfied with the phone but he said there's nothing they can do from there side. the HVRC has found a fault with the handset and has sent back a new phone (well so they say) I received the phone back on the 24/05/203. When I started using the phone (after an upgrade had been done) blackberry world is still not working, bbm has been on and off and the phone keeps switching off. I have informed the store manager about the problem and he says there's nothing they can do from there side. They said I must go to the Head Office in JHB. I currently reside in Mpumalanga and am about to give birth in 7 weeks time. This is totally inconvenient for me. I am totally dissatisfied with this phone. I do not want another blackberry! Somebody needs to take responsibility for this.
