Harassed by call centre

Your telesales people have been BOMBARDING me with phone calls on a daily basis. I requested that I be removed from any direct marketing database but the phone calls have been occurring more often.

I have been receiving calls from the following numbers:

0873109532
0310012923

I made it VERY clear to the last person who called me that I was not interested and their calls have persisted.

I think you guys need to invest in protecting your clients information and train you staff better to handle situations when clients are not interested, rather than harass them.

This is really starting to get on my nerves- considering I have been a very loyal Vodacom customer for 13 years.

Remove me from your direct marketing database otherwise I will take this matter further.
