Mtn i am hanging in the cold here
I have an existing contract with mtn and mtn says i am due for upgrade i contacted mtn to assist me with the upgrade. the 1st lady to assist me said it was imposibble or rather gonna be expensive for me to upgrade as my contrct will end in september and few hours later a guy called skhumbuzo called me and said what the lady has said was nonsense as i can upgrade and not pay for the remaining months and i was happy to here that and he told me that he will send my application through to be approved and changed from airtime to data contract which according to him should have taken only 3 days to do so. it has been over 3weeks and i am still waiting. and today aftre holding for 14 good minutes for assistance a guy picked up the phone and disconnected me!!!! before i could even say my peace MTN i am a paying customer and a very loyal one if i am not taken serious i will move to another service provider and i am tired of trying to get help from your useless call centre i need to use the laptop asap and not knowing if you will help me is actually waisting the time i do not have as my assisgnments are pilling up thanks to you!
