UNHAPPY WITH UPGRADE SERVICE

I phoned vodacom's call centre on the 27th of September to do an upgrade. The lady that assisted me confirmed that my new contract plan will be activated on the 1st of October. On 30 September i phoned again to confirm that my phone will be delivered the 1st of October and my new M plan will also start. Today the gentleman at the 0821959 number will tell me that my M plan contract will only start the 1st of November! needless to say i was very upset. i asked to speak to a manager but was told that she is busy with a phone call. after being on the line for 45min he said to me i must follow this up with vodacoms direct store as i was dealing with them for my upgrade. pathetic service!!!
