How I paid for something I didnt have

Although the account has been paid of and settled I just want to highlight how I was by vodacom. Their sales agents came to our offices and told me they can help with an upgrade so I let them help me only to have multiple debit orders run off my account. They ended up giving me to contracts resolved after they tried to hold me accountable and refunding me I upgraded with great service at the then randburg square vodacom now chats. The Sony Ericsson Vivaz pro gave me endless problems and i took it to cresta service centre got it back took it back again then I took it to the store at the square to send off to be repaired after not working the day after I got it back the manager forced an incompetent to book the phone in so she made a mess of the documents and he was a nice guy he will handle it. I was hospitalized stopped paying vodacom as the service i got from the start of the upgrade they store at the square closed I refused to pay eventially after much debate I caved in and paid my number was reassigned they have an almost brand new phone I still have the battery and box so I paid more than R5000 to be ripped off and I still have a bad credit rating as a result
