Elite Mobile contacted me regarding my upgrade. Not giving me options between different phones to chose off that will suit my needs best..just convincing me that the Blackberry Bolt will be the best for me, telling me this is one of the best phones thats why I must upgrade with them rather then to do it through Game or Vodacom outlit. When the phone arrived, I opened it as there is no picture on the box of a blackberry phone. This was indeed a down grade from the phone I already had. I logged a query with Vodacom as I want to exchange handsets with one that will suit my needs. After 2 weeks and several e-mails, Elite Mobile phoned me, telling my that I should have returned the handset within 7 days. On the delivery note I signed, there was no indication that I had to return the handset within 7 days. I did however, complain within 6 working days. They told me that they will respond within 24 hours... it's been two weeks. But when they try to "sell" the upgrade and tell you what will suit you best, everything happens within 24 hours. I'm of the opinion that they just want to get rid of old stock as there has been an upgrade on the Bolt, being the Q10 an Z10.They are giving Vodacom a bad name!!!
