Kindly explain how Vodacom calculates there 2 year warranty, it appears the logical and generally accepted calculation of 2 years being equivalent to 24 months is beyond Vodacoms mathematical ability.
I returned a phone that I have had since the end of June 2011, according to Vodacom the warranty expired on the 7 June 2013 which does not quite add up.
Either honor the warranty you have sold or advise on the process of cancelling my existing contract/s.
