I was advised to take my blackberry to Vodacare at Vodaworld yesterday as I have been having issues with it. The lady that served me first said that it is a software issue and needs to be sent in. Then she said I would have to pay for the job as my warranty is void as the phone is scratched in the corners and that is why it is faulty. These superficial scratches have been on the phone since 2 days after I got them, so have I been out of warranty from then? Thank goodness for my contract coming to an end soon. I will gladly take my business to another network as Vodacom are! The guys at Blackberry said that their claim is nonsense but they can't help as Vodacom makes the rules.
