Good Day

I have went to the Somerset Mall vodacom branch to have my phone sent for warranty repairs as the phone will just restart itself or go off with battery still half full and then it will show 0% charge after the restart or just not go on at all (Samsung Galaxy S4)

When they checked the system they told me that the phone IMEI is not registered for warranty. This is completely unacceptable and I demand that urgent action is taken in this regard. I have this phone on a contract with Vodacom and the phone is not even 4 months old. A friend of mine had the same problem on the same phone and his provider had the repairs done on warranty no questions asked.

If this is the way Vodacom does its business I will have to take my loyalty elsewhere.
