I have had it with you guys, for almost 3 months I am unable to use my phone. Now you tell my my blackberry is out of warranty.
Well if the contract is 24 months and then the warranty is also valid for 24 months.
You tell me that phone cannot be unblocked or whatever the more i tell you that only the vodacom logo appears on the phone.
I have to travel to the mall every alternative day to get this sorted out, well now MOBI WAREHOUSE threaten me by telling me they have nothing to do with vodacom/the warranty offered by them.
Even though I have a vodacom handset with a cell c sim card!! Someone at the store even told me I dont have a warranty cause I never used a vodacom sim card even though MOBI WAREHOUSE offer cell c contracts with vodacom hand sets.
I am now sick and tired of travelling to the mall and the inconvenience of being without a phone, can someone please get back to me with answers!
