I just called your Contracts Termination Department and was advised that my monthly instalment for the Samsung is actually R399.00 amid Nomonde's response (REQ2743964) advising that my monthly fee for the Samsung is only R199.00 "
Our records show that the monthly fee for a Samsung handset is R199"...

The billing department to which she escalated my enquiry to is yet to contact me after almost 2 weeks. I would resort to sending an email to your Client Liaison/Written Correspondence Department but that Department is non-existent cause I since sent them an email 4months back and am yet to receive their response.

I'm not really fighting with you guys but I have to know why such an amount was debited from my account. I need to understand how im billed and thats it. Just tell me what amount was for what and we'll be on the clear.
